📘 Detailed Admission Procedure to Study in Poland


Step 1 – Processing Fee (€300)

To begin your admission process, a €300 fee must be paid.
This fee covers: study in Poland admission process

  • Document translation for university registration

  • Processing of the Offer of Admission

  • Issuance of the Offer & Acceptance Letter


Step 2 – Issuance of Offer Letter

Once the €300 payment is received, allow 1 week for processing.
The Offer Letter serves as your initial confirmation of admission, including:

  • Student’s full name, date of birth, and passport number

  • Course of study and duration

  • Official university bank account details for tuition payment


✅ Step 3 – Tuition Fee Payment to University Account

The Offer Letter serves as confirmation of admission.
At this stage, the applicant must follow the instructions provided in the Offer Letter and transfer the required tuition fee (either for the first semester or first academic year) to the university’s official bank account.

⚠️ Without proof of tuition payment, the university cannot issue the Acceptance/Visa Letter, which is required for the student visa application at the Embassy of Poland.

In accordance with European education regulations, a university can only issue an Acceptance or Visa Letter after confirming tuition fee payment into its official account.

Step 4 – Acceptance Letter / Visa Letter for the Embassy of Poland

After confirming tuition payment, the university issues:

  • Acceptance (Visa) Letter

  • Accommodation Guarantee Letter

These documents are required to apply for a student visa at the Embassy of Poland.

Note: Without the Acceptance/Visa Letter, the embassy cannot process your visa application.


Step 5 – Submission of Documents to the Embassy of Poland

To obtain your student visa for Poland, you must submit the following documents:

  1. International Passport (valid travel document)

  2. Tuition Fee Payment Receipt (proof of transfer to university account)

  3. Offer Letter, Acceptance/Visa Letter & Accommodation Letter (from the university)

  4. Higher Secondary School Certificate (WAEC/NECO/A-LEVEL/AS-LEVEL/IGCSE or equivalent) — legalized by your Ministry of Education and Foreign Affairs

  5. Eligibility Certificate — confirming you are eligible for higher studies locally

  6. English Medium of Instruction Certificate — confirming your education was in English

  7. Bank Statement — 3-month record showing sufficient funds for tuition and living costs

  8. Sponsorship Letter — notarized and signed by your sponsor or relative


Step 6 – Administrative & Service Fee (€500, After Visa)

After successfully obtaining your student visa, a €500 administrative fee must be paid.
