Admission Procedure to Study Occupational Health and Safety in Poland

Step No. 1: Processing fee; why study occupational health and safety

Step No. 2: Issuance of Offer Letter; Study Occupational Health and Safety in Poland

Upon receipt of the €300 payment, kindly allow 1 week for the processing of the Offer Letter. This crucial document serves as initial confirmation of admission and contains pertinent information such as the student’s full name, passport number, date of birth, specific Course of Study, and its duration. Step No. 3: Tuition fee Payment to University Account;

The Offer Letter serves as confirmation of admission. Upon receipt of the Offer Letter, the applicant must adhere to the provided instructions and remit the first year’s or first semester’s tuition fee to the designated bank account. Please note that without a complete or partial upfront tuition fee payment to the University’s bank account, the applicant will not be issued an Acceptance/Visa Letter from the University, which is a necessary document for processing a visa application at the Embassy of Poland

Please be informed that, in accordance with European government regulations, a university can only issue an Acceptance or Visa letter after the first year’s or first semester’s tuition fee payment has been transferred to the university’s official bank account.

It is important to note that the tuition fee is fully refundable in the event of visa denial for any reason.

Step No. 4: Acceptance Letter/ Visa Letter for the Embassy of Poland;
After the tuition fee has been transferred to the university’s bank account, the candidate will be issued the Acceptance/Visa Letter along with the Accommodation Guarantee Letter to facilitate the processing of the student visa at the Embassy of Poland. Please note that without an Acceptance/Visa Letter, the Embassy of Poland is unable to accept any documents for student visa processing.

Step No. 5: Submission of Documents to the embassy of Poland & Issuance of Visa

To obtain a student visa to Poland, an applicant is required to submit the following documents:

  • Offer Letter, Acceptance/Visa Letter, and Accommodation Guarantee Letter (provided by the university)
  • Higher Secondary School Certificate (WAEC/NECO/A LEVEL/AS LEVEL/IGCSE) or any equivalent certificate, legalized by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the applicant’s country.
  • Eligibility Certificate: A certificate issued from High School stating that the candidate is eligible to join a local University with a completed high school certificate.
  • English Medium of Instruction: A certificate issued from High School stating that English was a language of instruction for all main subjects.
  • Bank Statement: The Sponsor or the Candidate’s bank account; 3 months movement of account – the balance must cover the first year’s tuition fee and accommodation expenses.
  • Sponsorship Letter: A sponsorship letter in support of the student, legalized by a Notary Public, may be provided by any relative. study in Poland

Step No. 6: Payment of Administrative & Service Fees: After a successful visa

At this stage, once you have successfully obtained the study visa for Poland, there is an administrative and service fee of €500 that must be paid after the visa has been issued. university in Poland
